hoop mobb is a black woman-owned, affordable, culturally centered accessory brand that provides black women with access to high-quality jewelry and service. hoop mobb empowers black women to be bold, free, and authentic in their skin; while honoring the richness of the black experience

hoop mobb started as an idea during an explorative and transformative time in the founder’s life. a passion for ecommerce was the fuel that transitioned an idea from concept to business. hoop mobb is now an established 7-figure business with an abundantly and deeply engaged community that feels represented and served. At this point, with only a logo, the owner knew that they needed more to take things to the next level and really compete in their market.

we started by conducting thorough market research to identify key competitors, trends, and gaps in the market. This research informed every subsequent decision, ensuring that Hoop Mobb's brand would not just compete but lead in its space.

with insights from our research, we developed a robust brand strategy, outlining the brand's mission, vision, and positioning. This strategy ensured that Hoop Mobb communicated its value proposition clearly and effectively across all platforms. Building on this foundation, we crafted a complete brand identity that resonated with Hoop Mobb's ethos and their community's values. This included developing a cohesive visual language, from color palettes to typography, ensuring every touchpoint with the brand felt intentional and aligned.

we also designed packaging that not only protected the product but extended the brand experience, considering every detail, from materials to unboxing, to create a memorable and shareable customer experience. Recognizing the importance of a seamless online shopping experience, we developed an e-commerce website that was both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. The site was optimized for user experience, with intuitive navigation, fast load times, and a design that was fully responsive across all devices.

to ensure consistent brand messaging, we created a comprehensive social media kit, including templates, guidelines, and content ideas that aligned with the brand's identity. Finally, we developed an in-depth set of brand guidelines, covering everything from logo usage to tone of voice, serving as a reference for anyone involved with the brand to maintain consistency as the brand grew.
